The house features beautiful and comfortable interiors, furnished with high quality elements.
Guests will enjoy the four charming bedrooms (with private bathroom, pool and golf views), the pleasant living room, the indoor dining room, the fully glazed veranda and the Hammam.
They will also appreciate the fireplace, the presence of air conditioning (in all the bedrooms, the living area and the veranda), the TVs with satellite channels (Apple TV in the living room - Netflix Prime Video Disney+, Canal SAT in the Master room), the fiber optic wifi (100Mo), as well as the Bose sound system installed in the living room, the sitting room, the veranda and the garden (4 independent zones).

The property offers pleasant and well equipped exteriors.
Guests can fully enjoy the outdoor life thanks to the beautiful garden, the outdoor dining room and the superb roof top offering a panoramic view of the golf course and the Atlas Mountains.
They can also enjoy the beautiful heatable swimming pool (14 x 4 meters).


Staff & Services

The villa has its own house staff, dedicated exclusively to this house, with table service for breakfast and housekeeper.
The price includes the breakfast, a daily housekeeping service, bath amenities (in partnership with the brand "Jerraflore"), the services of a housekeeper (in house 12/24), a security service (7d/24h), the provision of 4 mountain bikes (including one for children 8-12 years), the maintenance of the garden and the pool.

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as the services of a private cook and the preparation of meals (according to requests - menu proposed before arrival), additional housekeeping, heating of the swimming pool, an electric golf cart (100 euros/day), the provision of a baby bed, the services of a professional laundry (to be paid on the invoice of the provider), grocery delivery, the half-board, the full-board, the services of a butler, a concierge service...
The final housekeeping at the end of the stay is not included in the price.
